Understanding your employees is the key to great teams


Employees can be challenging as they come with different styles of communication, motivational levels, attitudes and desires. If you only have two employees to manage, well you life is certainly easier than a manager who has many employees. Yet you have to do the same thing they do…..get the most from your employees in order to meet your business objectives.
In your role as a manager, your primary responsibility is to maximize the performance of your team. Most managers don’t receive training on how to be a good manager. If you are one of them, then let’s start with step one:
Find out the strength and weaknesses of each of your team members. If you have a performance management system at your company, you may groan and say I do this once or twice a year already. This is more informal and for your eyes only. A strong manager knows what each employee is capable of doing and if there are any weak spots in their team. I would suggest that you create some quiet time with a great cup of coffee (or drink of choice) and start evaluating each employee. You will not regret the time as this information will be helpful in building a strong team.

Time Frame

When it comes to training, we request a time period of at least 5-10 days for planning our training programs & selecting the faculty. For senior level trainings, we would request a time period of minimum 10-15 days. This will enable us to design the best training program customized for your industry.

We can bend backwards when it comes to adhering to urgent timelines.

Psychometric Testing & Profiling

We also use psychometric tests based on the training need identified, which will be conducted by our qualified in house psychologist which will help the participants get an in depth knowledge of the training topic.

Business Games & Simulations

We also conduct a lot of business games & simulation exercises which help the participants open up in the beginning and continue to participate and contribute in the training lively as well as get enriched with the training matter.






Recruitment Division

Time Frame

In case of recruitment, we request a time period of at least 5-7 days for Junior and Middle Management positions. For senior level and key profile positions, we would request a time period of minimum 10-14 days.


In case you have already received the CV we have shortlisted and sent you in the past 2-3 months, please inform us regarding the same within 2 working days. This would help us keep it aside and source for similar profiles.

Authentication of Compensation

The latest salary documents would be collected by Vital Spark from the candidate, in order to authenticate details.

Replacement Guarantee

We, at VITAL SPARK offer a replacement guarantee on the candidates placed by us in your organisation. If the candidate that we have placed in your esteemed organization should leave of his / her own accord within 2 months of joining your organisation, we will give you a replacement free of cost for the same position.  This guarantee however is not applicable, if the candidate is terminated by you.
